We make our own laundry detergent using our own Castile Goat Milk Soap, borax, washing soda, and essential oils. Our recipe is all-natural and does an amazing job cleaning clothes, even the red-clay-caked farm clothes we wear. You only need one tablespoon for this detergent to work its magic. (More than that could cause buildup in your machine, so trust us. Just one scoop!) It leaves your clothes smelling fresh and feeling soft.

Our Goat Milk Laundry Detergent comes in two options, each washing up to 60 loads:

  • a 24 oz reusable glass jar with a wooden scoop
  • a 24 oz refill bag

We recommend using warm or hot water for the best dissolution. If you need to wash in cold water, put your tablespoon of Goat Milk Laundry Detergent in a cup or so of very hot water, stir for a minute and then pour into your cold load.

    It IS hard to believe that one tiny scoop cleans an entire load- but it does. That makes the price even more reasonable.

    I have been using the Citrus Sunrise goat milk laundry detergent for 3+ years now. What impresses me about this product is that it cleans my clothes just as well or better than other detergents I’ve used (commercial brands included), it smells nice without synthetic fragrance, and a little goes a LONG way. It’s gentle on my family’s sensitive skin (including a toddler and baby) and still cleans stains.
    I follow the amount recommended for use in my HE washing machine, and one refill bag lasts several months with doing 2-4 loads of laundry per week.
