The Freckled Farm Soap Company has been added to the My Courthouse Market in Goochland, VA! This is an indoor farmer’s market through the winter and takes place on Wednesdays January – April. We will be there every Wednesday except March 19th, which is the week of the goats’ due dates. We will be offering our goat milk soap as well as other natural skin care products as they join our line! Hope to see you there!

Lemongrass Green Tea
This past weekend we made our newest scent, Lemongrass Green Tea, available on our website. We debuted this soap at our most recent craft fair and it was a huge hit! We sold out! We have found that those who are a fan of our Peppermint Eucalyptus generally like this scent as well. This soap has a crisp, earthy scent and it’s chockfull of benefits.

This Saturday we will be at the 2013 My Manakin Market Holiday Market. If you didn’t make it out to the My Manakin Farmer’s Market over the spring and summer you were missing out. This particular event is the holiday market and will be held in the same location as the farmers market under two large tents. It will happen rain or shine!! It will be a great chance to do some holiday shopping!

This week we will be at TWO craft shows. It’s going to be a busy, busy week on The Freckled Farm. On Friday we will be a vendor at the Art Works Craft Fair. This is a yearly event and always has a ton of great christmas present ideas. On Saturday we will be at the Salem UMC Fall Festival and Holiday Bazaar. This is usually two different events for Salem UMC, but this year they are combining them to make one really big event.

Peppermint Eucalyptus is hands down my favorite soap in our line. It is incredibly refreshing and the absolutely perfect soap after working outside in the heat. It tingles during use and leaves you feeling invigorated. I use this as a daily face wash, although I am careful not to get it in my eyes. I love this soap and highly recommend you try it!
